When it comes to coaching teams, we focus on building strong and smooth collaborations, effective communication and leadership. In our meetings we guide the team in its process of development and growth. To help the team members gain a clear perspective on their current position, the options for change, how to make the right choices and how to take responsibility for those choices.
In times of change and growth, honest reflection on how the team operates is highly important. In order to effectively grow and improve as a team, through our coaching, the team members gain a clear perspective on how to improve their functioning, the way that the individual team members work together and how the members communicate with each other. Part of our team coaching service is a hands-on list of practical actions, which will help the team to realize its goals in an effective way. This hands-on action list will be carefully put together as a result of the team coaching meetings.
After the first meeting with the contracting director of the organization, we will determine what type of coaching is needed to realize the desired goals and to get the best results. Interviews with individual team members and/or an ODC team analysis can be part of the coaching start-up process. We will determine the style and approach and in which direction the development and growth needs to go; we will discuss the desired goals and results, set up a time frame and schedule the meetings. A mid-term evaluation and reflection are part of the team coaching process.
